A function is defined by
y=f(x)
This show that " x" is function of y.then "y" is equal to f(x).
A function have consist two variables. these variables are following that is below.
1-Dependent Variable
2-Independent Variable
All elements of "x"are present in the function y=f(x).
It show that x is not dependent on other variable .Therefore "x" is dependent variable .
It is called Independent Variable.
y=f(x)
It show that function of "x" are not dependent in "y"..Then "y" is dependent in elements of "x".therefore "y" is called Dependent Variable.
A function has two terms in following meaning:
1-Input x
2-Output f(x)
Elements of x are possible present in function.Therefore other variable need to require element of " x "to solve his problem..It is called Input x.
y=f(x)
it show that f(x) is denoted by a single letter y.
"y" is equal to function of "x".
we consider a function which contain variables are real numbers.
